Welcome to another Fabulous Friday with Sisters in Stamping!  This week we are focusing on back to school gifts for teachers.  Once again, my Paper Pumpkin subscription saved me from my own lack of planning!  This month’s project is a fantastic gift box and card set that can be used for almost any occasion.

I’m using the box, flower, and tag for my back to school teacher gift.  This classy little gift box was so easy to assemble and decorate.  The flower pieces were simply popped out, rolled into shape, and adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I also added some Whisper White Craft Ink to the petal layers and center pieces for additional depth, although it’s hard to see in these photos.

I filled the gift box with paper shreds, hand lotion, and two bottles of fingernail polish.  I plan on sticking a note inside offering my kiddos’ teachers a helping hand whenever they are in need (get it…a hand themed gift).

Here is a little tip for paper shreds.  I wanted a natural color, but didn’t like what I had in my tissue paper stash, so I pulled out a brown paper bag and cut it up with my Fringe Scissors.  It turned out quite nice, don’t you think?
