I just got the opportunity to use my December 2017 Paper Pumpkin kit, and I love it! It is so fun, and even has glitter!!! The laser cut pieces add a nice delicate touch. Here is a little video on how to create the projects in the kit:
I typically like the Paper Pumpkin kits as originally designed, but I also like to see what kind of variations I can come up with by only using the products in the kit. This time of year I need a lot of birthday cards, so it was super nice to see that the stamp set accompanying this kit included a birthday salutation.
I didn’t make a lot of changes in my version, but I liked the idea of the leaves and flowers coming together for one card. I also scrunched up the ribbon and curled my butterfly wings for added dimension. The last change I made was to add some of the leaves to the back flap of my note card envelope. Since there were extras in the box, why not?! 🙂
