I’m always in need of a quick birthday card for kids. So I made a set of Animal Expedition birthday cards that I can have on hand whenever I’m in need. These cards are perfect to stick on top a gift or to use as a gift card holder. Another great use for this set is to give it as a teacher gift!
This Animal Expedition Designer Series Paper offers a great background for a gender neutral card. Boys and girls alike will find these cards charming. I was able to create 3 card bases from one sheet of 8-1/2″ x 11″ cardstock. Each base is 3-5/8″ x 8-1/2″ so these are similar in size to the note cards & envelopes offered by SU! I think these work great with or without an envelope.
Lets take a closer look at each one.
I decided to skip the stamping on these cards and instead used the Happy Birthday thinlits die to cut out my bold birthday sentiment in black.
Here are the items I used for today’s project:
What a cute little set that is easy to use for yourself or give as a gift! The designers at the Sisters in Stamping also came up with some fun birthday sets. Take a moment to visit the blog to see their designs too.
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
